He made sure that everything was as perfect as it could be. Mark is an excellent diver/instructor/guide. He helped hone skills while keeping it relaxed and fun. He made sure we were safe and comfortable. He took photos of us while we were diving and sent them the next day (not professional photos, just what he could take with his underwater camera). If you wanna be on a boat with 10+ divers and only get 30-45 mins of dive time then don’t go here.... read more Mark, the owner and instructor, acts as your personal dive guide. He only does shore dives, but being born and raised on the island he knows every dive location (even the lesser known ones). We stayed at sunscape resort and he picked us up every morning for 2 tank dives. We got lucky on one day and my wife and I were the only two divers. He literally catered the dive sites to our preferences. First site we counted 16 turtles, second site was a beautiful reef with barracuda. All shallow sites just like we liked. After two days of diving I felt like I knew mark for years. It’s a no frills service with a great dive guide. The dive shop is literally just him, and he’s a hard working guy that’s giving you a personalized service. If I’m ever back on curaçao I will shoot him a note on WhatsApp to get some dives.
